YABC is designed solely to train 70-100 Pastoral Leaders to be Biblical Agents of change in their community. By training God-dependent leaders to be proactive critical thinkers using practical theology, YABC has been able to reach the communities through entrepreneurial projects which range from creative evangelism outreaches to designing different business skills which have positively impacted communities’ economy.
The training has expanded to an extensive chaplaincy program where over 300 disenfranchised, emotionally and spiritually broken children/youth who are prisoners, have been reached and cared for to impact their lives and future for the Gospel.
Ministry History: Combining Catherine’s PhD in Organization & Management with Alan’s 22 years of ministry leadership as Senior Pastor of Hope Mission (Inner-city Mission supporting over 1000 women, children, youth and men) in Edmonton, makes them a successful team at Yesu Akwagala.
